Innledning
In this unique tale, we follow a young lad named Hasan, all set for his prom night. Under the cloak of secrecy, he sneaks out of his house to attend the event, unbeknownst to his father.
Pedaling swiftly, he heads to the local superstore to purchase a beautiful decorative flower for his prom date.
Serendipitously, he encounters an acquaintance who knows Hasan and his family and warns him about his father's disapproval.
As Hasan exits the store, dismay engulfs him as he discovers his bike has vanished, leaving him with no choice but to traverse the distance on foot to meet his prom date.
Upon arriving at the destination, Miss Wheeler opens the door and delivers the unfortunate news that his date has opted to attend the prom with another person, a white guy.
Despite the setback, Hasan maintains his composure and finds Bethany in the backyard. There, he compliments her appearance and she expresses her apologies.
