“I can change during the course of a day. I wake and I’m one person, when I go to sleep, I know for certain I’m somebody else. I don’t know who I am most of the time.”
In our busy schedules, it might be difficult to find time to think about who we are, our strength and weaknesses, our drives and personalities and what makes us happy.
Many people struggle with questions like “who am I” and “who do I want my future self to be”. identity is a theme that has been more openly discussed in the last few years.

Utdrag
This is a question many people ask themselves. “Was my identity already there when I was born or is it something that has been developing as I have grown older?”.
I have been thinking about this question a lot and haven’t really gotten any smarter. Anyhow, there are many factors that has an impact in who you become.
Culture, religion and where you live influences you and plays a big role in your identity. However, the people you revolve around can also make an impact.
I think identity is what you associate yourself with. Identity is not just what you know, but how you know. People are not born with an identity, rather identity is something that evolves over time.
