Being a model citizen entails taking responsibility for all the necessary actions that are needed to have a society working properly.

Therefore, it is vital to understand that not fulfilling one’s duties may have a substantial impact on our society.

We are not only citizens of our community but also citizens of the world. This implies that we must be responsible for not only ensuring that the right political leadersare elected but also taking care of the earth.

The evidence for this is that just like the way we are required to abide by the law to ensure our safety,we are compelled to take care of the earth because we simply do not have a second planet.

I think that being environmentally friendly will prevent several societies from collapsing. The reasoning behind this is that it can become hard to live in certain countries due to climate change.

This will not only affect that country but also many other countries. If it would become too hot for the citizens in India to live there, they would have no other choice but to move to a different country.

Hence disturbing numerous societies because it will be hard to help all the people in need. Hence being a model citizen not only involves helping the people in a small community but the people that live on the same planet.

Therefore, being environmentally friendly plays a crucial role when it comes to ensuring everyone’s safety. Voting is essential for being a model citizen. To vote is a right, not a duty.

However, I think that it is extremely necessary to ensure that the people that control countries in the world are well-educated individuals who understand what it takes to achieve the right aspects of citizenship.

One prime example of this was when the 46th president of the US, Donald Trump was elected. He was not a model citizen, because he did not believe in climate change.
