Because of the modern type of technology, we have accessibility to the internet almost everywhere we go. Most people don’t go anywhere without bringing their phone with them.
If people don’t have their phone or don’t know where it is, people feel like something missing. It has become a normal thing to have a phone in the pocket and feels weird if it’s not there.
With a phone and other devices with internet you have availability 24/7 wherever you are with internet.
You can buy a phone in probably every technical store, and it has become a need to have a phone. If you don’t have a phone, you would be looked as weird because who don’t have a phone.
With a phone you have accessibility to social media wherever you go with internet. That can be both good and bad, it is good to have accessibility wherever you go because you can contact people whenever you want to.
Before the internet was invented it was more difficult to keep in contact. If you were going out with someone you had to set a time and hope that the person you were going out with was going to be there in time.
If that person knew he was going to be late he has not an easy way to tell you if he is going to be late but with phone and internet, he can in a few seconds just set a new time to meet up.
It is also not good to have accessibility to the phone everywhere you go because you can feel like you must post something and update the internet of what you are doing.
Having accessibility everywhere makes you also a lot more anti-social because even when you are out with your friends both you and them are on your phones.
With internet you kind of have an identity in real life and online. Someone has almost the same identity online as in real life but many feel like they can’t post what they really do and more something that they feel is good for the internet.
