Utdrag
Janice's use of English appears to be at a fairly low and simple level. In the case of an official report, a more formal language style would likely be required.

I would like to draw attention to the fact that Janice has used contracted words such as "can't" and "isn't," indicating an informal manner of recounting the interview.

Moreover, Janice has repetitively used the same words, which is a characteristic feature of informal language. In formal communication, it is customary to use an indirect approach to make the language less personal.

Janice could have used synonyms more frequently in her text to achieve this. I believe that Janice did not thoroughly think through her text, as formal writing is typically well-organized. Unfortunately, Janice's text lacks proper structure.

Janice appeared to be more fixated on Tony's physical appearance rather than his actual qualifications, although she eventually refers to his skills.
