How many immigrants are there in the US?
The US defines an immigrant as someone who came to a country, for living there but was not born in the country. Nearly 50 million immigrants live here in the US, it’s almost 16% of our total population.

The US is often called a nation full of immigrants, and that’s because of these 50 million immigrants, if we should compare these, is it the entire population of Australia, Ecuador, and Switzerland.

Saudi Arabia, Germany, and Russia are closely following the US with 12 million immigrations. But we should be a proud country, for having so many immigrants! It’s a big thing, and it shows that we as a country can take care of people and make them feel confident.

The culture from immigration.
Compared to immigration, I will now talk about the culture. The culture is a small thing to talk about compared to immigration.

It’s hard as a person, to make a difference in each culture. Bringing a new culture to this land doesn’t hurt anyone, it can be hard to make a difference but not impossible.

We in the US can be very prejudiced, compared to a new culture. People from other cultures have been given us more food, traditions, and the most important thing, some new friends.
