I opted for Hawaii as my vacation destination due to its widespread popularity as a tourist spot. With its stunning natural beauty and rich cultural heritage, Hawaii stands out as a must-visit location for travelers.
Although the traditional "hula hula" skirts and the historical significance of Pearl Harbor are often associated with Hawaii, the island has much more to offer in terms of experiences and adventures.

Hawaii is part of Polynesia, which comprises many groups of islands in the region. The first settlers on Hawaii were the Polynesians, who established themselves on the islands before the arrival of the first white man, English Captain James Cook, in 1778. At that time, the population of the islands was estimated to be around 300,000 Polynesians.
However, when the white people arrived, they brought with them foreign diseases that the natives had no resistance to, resulting in a significant decline in the population over the next century. The population reduced to about 70,000 people.
One can witness and experience the daily life and celebrations of the Polynesian people in the recreated hundred-year-old villages at the Polynesian Cultural Center in Hawaii.
