Innledning
For the cChange project I decided to try to cut down on the amount of meat I eat by not eating meat five days a week. I chose not eating meat because it’s a relevant topic in today’s focus on sustainability and the climate.
So far it has been going great. Normally I don’t eat have meat for breakfast and most times not for lunch either.
My family agreed to having a vegetarian dinner 5 times a week, except for fish, but it has still been difficult sometimes. I had to think more about what I eat, try to stay away from meat.
