Innledning
There are a lot of ways to go when it comes to education in other countries than your own. Especial if you travel to another country alone, you get a lot of experience and you also get another sight of how the world is.

I think I would like to once continue my education in South Africa because I think it is a wonderful and a beautiful country.

It is a country that are very different from the cold Norway, and if I had decided to continue there I had earned a lot of experience with another society and how it is to live in that country.

I think I also could have learnt about myself, and how I handle for example the fact that I maybe am alone in a country far away from my own.

In this text I am going to discuss how your choice of education might affect your future and your social status.

I am also going to talk about both benefits and challenges of vocational and general studies, and I am going to have a brief discussion of how young people’s choice of education can affect social mobility and equality.

After that I am going to say something about who or what should determine a young person’s choice of education, such as friends and family, interests, status and employment opportunities or society’s needs.

If it is one thing that is hard and important at the same time, it is education. When the young people are going to choose what they want to study and what they want to become, it is a hard choice.

When it comes to benefits and challenges with general studies it is a little bit different from vocational studies.

One of the benefits with general studies is that you have all the doors open when you are done with three years of study, and you can become whatever you want, and you also often get a higher status.

Another benefit with it, is that when you are done with your education, and you are starting in a job, you probably will earn a higher maple than an electrician does, because you have a higher education with more competence.
