What makes a good employed and why is it so important? Well it is kind of obvious, you have a big role of making people happy and feel safe (so they can be comfortable with them self) it is a big business and it is a very big part of selfcare.

Well, we all would never go to a place that don’t have good service for clients, because if we go out we want to be taken care of and be helped with the thing we want to do like our nails/lashes/ skin.
Yes you know the deal. An employee should never make people feel down about if their skin /body or how they are looking, if they are having insecurities we would not like if they were to comment on that.
They should not be rood or mean if they have a bad behaviour, they maybe ruined someone confidence and make them feel un-wanted and no one wants to go a place where the employees are extremely rod or make feel less because everyone is worth so mutch.
When you work with people in general you do not want to have a person with a bad attitude at work you can feel unsafe, it just will get bad vibes for you, your co-workers and your clients.
But at the end of the day, they will lose a lot of clients and lose money and go out business.
Too be honest I think it is amazing going to a salon and just pamper yourself.
