A Christmas robbery

Innledning
It was the 20th of December, a date etched in my memory. My closest companions and I found ourselves in dire straits - penniless, homeless, destitute.

The irony of encountering financial hardship during the holiday season is not lost on us. However, we were determined to turn our circumstances around, and thus, we hatched a meticulous plan.

We had executed similar schemes in the past, although it had been many years since our last endeavor. This time, we were resolute in avoiding past mistakes, which had led to our apprehension and subsequent imprisonment - a decade spent behind bars for all five of us.

The memories of those arduous years lingered, but we had emerged from that ordeal, stronger and wiser. The timing was crucial, as it was Christmas, a time traditionally associated with giving and family reunions.

Yet, with empty pockets, the question loomed: how could we purchase gifts for our loved ones? Employment eluded us, leaving us with limited options.

In a predicament familiar to us, we resorted to our old ways - orchestrating a bank heist, a craft we had honed over a lifetime.
