Innledning
Allow me to make this crystal clear: I do not advocate for American capitalism, nor do I consider myself a staunch communist.

I find it difficult to comprehend why humans (myself included) believe that they are entitled to claim ownership over natural resources.

Furthermore, the concept of a society built upon the theories of Karl Marx, the German philosopher and progenitor of practical communism, is not easily fathomable to me.

Utdrag
There are those who attempt to rationalize the harshness of capitalism by condemning Marxism as unjust. Some of my acquaintances argue that everyone is responsible for their own destiny, that with enough hard work, anyone can achieve success.

Such ignorant remarks! These arguments might hold some validity if a child from a developing country had the same opportunities as a child from a developed nation.

Unfortunately, this is not the case, and I refuse to accept such brazen arrogance. Admittedly, a small fraction of people may forfeit the liberties they possess in a Marxist society.

Nevertheless, what good are the freedoms of private enterprise if one cannot even afford to provide sustenance for their loved ones?

I have encountered individuals who use George Orwell's literary works as a means of attacking my political beliefs.

While it is undeniable that 1984 and Animal Farm depict a society ruled by a communist dictatorship, the communities portrayed in these novels bear an eerie resemblance to the oppressive regimes that have plagued countries such as Cambodia, the Soviet Union, and China.
