I've observed certain challenges within your team as they work on the new design for the Chinese market.
I hadn't reached out to you earlier because I hoped these issues would resolve themselves. However, it's become clear that the primary problem stems from the multicultural differences between Japan and the United States, leading to unnecessary complications.
I'm interested in finding a solution to address this problem. One noticeable issue is that the Japanese team members don't seem to contribute as much as our team does to the process.
We're looking for a more equitable division of labor to ensure everyone contributes equally. Currently, the Japanese members are falling behind schedule, but it's important to understand that Japanese culture emphasizes thoughtful decision-making rather than rushing.
In contrast, the American team members are eager to expedite the process and have been applying pressure on the Japanese to make quicker decisions.
This disparity in contributions and expectations has created dissatisfaction among the Japanese members.
