Innledning
Climate change has been a topic of discussion for quite a while now.

When the thought that the global climate was changing first got introduced, most people didn’t believe it, but as years passed, and more and more scientific evidence was produced, the total amount of individuals who believe the facts has risen.

In short, global climate change may be a change within the typical weather during a specific area.

Since climate can describe anything from average temperature or average precipitation, global climate change affects a good sort of things.

There are many causes of global climate change. The main causes are ones most people have heard of, like CO2 emission.

There are also a few very well-known effects of climate change, like a rise in temperature, yet there is a long list of effects, most of which are negative.

According to BBC article written by Helen Briggs and Victoria Gill, “the polar bears could disappear by the year 2100”.

But what can we do to prevent this from happening? Research has shown that polar bears have started eating food from the mainland and not just seals from the sea.

This is the polar bear's way of going into defense mode, but this will make the polar bears more food stressed.

Even though polar bears are beginning to adapt to the "new everyday life", Professor Andrew Derocher, who is an expert in polar bears, still says that "Without sea ice, there is no sea ice ecosystem and losing that ecosystem includes losing polar bears".

And this means that humans need to become better at preventing global warming.

Taking everything into consideration, the world is getting warmer and warmer, and it is impossible to go back to the way it was before, but there is still an opportunity to stop the temperature from rising even more.

This will save many animal species that are on the verge of extinction, or that are struggling in the new environment. For example, the polar bear, which soon does not have the opportunity to catch seals, because the sea ice is melting.
